2017/2018 Projects


Painting of the perimeter wall, front and back entrances, the pool area and townhouses. There are two paint combinations being considered. Please see the pictures below for comparison.

The blue tile will be removed and replaced with a stacked stone border. All new ironwork at the front entrance and along 57th Avenue. All new landscaping will be installed at the front entrance, along 57th Avenue, the back entrance, the pool area and the townhouses.



                                                    


The playground at the pool is complete. Just waiting for the fence permit to be issued, then we install the dividing fence.

Pool playground should be open by March 15th.



Townhouses

The townhouses will be painted once all the repairs to the facia boards have been completed.











Townhouse Park

Depending on permitting we are planning to utilize the townhouse lot for a playground, exercise area and walking path and a dog park. The playground and dog park will be fenced in while the exercise area will be open. We are still waiting for the permits for the additional parking spaces and dumpster enclosures. The work will begin as soon as they are received. All green and blue receptacles will be picked up after the new dumpsters are delivered.

Please see the sketch below. Everything is subject to zoning and permitting and may be changed. The playground will be similar to the one at the pool.





The townhouse playground is completed. We are waiting for the fence permit to install the fencing.





The Board voted at the October 24, 2017 board meeting to allow residents until April 15, 2018 to repair any damages caused by Hurricane Irma.
